Andhra Pradesh, 29 December 2021 : BJP President Somu Veerraju promised to lower down liquor price to ₹ 70 if one crore voters votes BJP. Adding more, he assured the voters if party have more revenue left than liquor prices will drop to ₹ 50.
He further claimed that bad quality liquor was being sold at high prices in the region, due to connivance of ruling party leaders.
Notably, Assembly elections will held the state in 2024 and the BJP is targeting to defeat the YSRCP Government in Jagan Mohan Reddy.
